ORD MISSION STATEMENT:
To Guard the rights of parents and career minded individuals, in a stable and competitive guild, without the fear of being dismissed or berated for prioritizing our real life responsibilities over those of Star Wars: The Old Republic, and gaming in general. To work together as a group and ensure the time spent in game is both beneficial and competitive, through communication, leadership, and maturity. To create a safe environment for our children and bring a fresh approach to family based game-play, where inappropriate language and actions are not only discouraged but also, not tolerated.

WHO ARE WE?
Old Republic Dads is a SWTOR guild specifically tailored to the working adult and/or parent who cannot afford to spend countless hours on an MMO when life's priorities demand our attention.
ORD 2: Outer Rim Division is also a SWTOR guild that was launched as a direct extension of the Old Republic Dads. Once the original ORD Guild was full to capacity, this division was designed as an answer to the demand of the niche community of professional adults and parents who needed a place to call home. This alliance site has been designed as a hub in order to keep the two guilds operating as one large community.
We are a coalition of dads, moms, and professionals. Our guild offers an adult community that specializes in casual play and who want to enjoy Star Wars: The Old Republic without the pressures and time demands that other guilds sometimes inadvertently place on their members. We understand life has its challenges; family, careers, military, education, etc. All these things must take precedence over MMOs and gaming in general, although we manage to find some way to squeeze it in. As such, no members will be kicked or removed from the guild due to prolonged absence and the game ruining experience of finding a new guild and getting acquainted with new guildies can be avoided forever!
